How Payouts Work
All bets contribute to a total prize pool. Payouts are calculated using a
payout factor that ensures winning bets share the pool proportionally.
๐ Winning Bets
The payout factor is calculated as:
Payout Factor = (Total Prize Pool - Total Tied Bets) รท Total Won Bets
Your payout = Your Bet Amount ร Payout Factor
Example:
โข Total Prize Pool: $200
โข Total Tied Bets: $20 (returned to bettors)
โข Available for Winners: $200 - $20 = $180
โข Total Won Bets: $90
โข Payout Factor: $180 รท $90 = 2.0ร
โข If you bet $10 and won: $10 ร 2.0 = $20 payout (doubled your money!)
๐ค Tied Matches
Any tied match will return your bet amount in full. Tied bets are paid back first before calculating payouts for winners. You get your money back with no win or loss.
โ Losing Bets
Losing bets contribute to the prize pool for the winners. You lose your bet amount.
โ ๏ธ Important: Payouts may be higher or lower than 1:1 depending on how many people bet on winners vs. losers!
